As we look to grow the food program at ONCO, we are launching the Neo Kitchen initially out of our brewing space to not only offer customers a single point of purchase for beer and food but also to chase our own passion with creative food.
The Neo Kitchen presents mouth watering Neopolitan style pizzas with “wood fired” personality along with whatever else we can think of. We have perfected a cold fermentation process for the lightest, fluffiest crust around. Our Neo oven cranks out pizzas and other items every 2 minutes!

***YES, we have plans to invite our food truck friends and catering partners to support larger events, in the event the Neo kitchen needs to close (staff vacation), or for or private parties beyond our scope.***
NOTE: With the kitchen now under our insurance, OUTSIDE FOOD IS NOT ALLOWED when the kitchen is open (just like any restaurant). And as always, NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL.
